A Transformational Weekend of Insight & Clarity


It all started when…

In the fall of 2023, Jessie felt drawn to visit her friends in London and wondered if another respected coach in her field, Wyn Morgan, would be interested in co-leading a group with her. She followed the nudge, emailed him (despite him not knowing her) and he replied within 20 minutes from across the globe. After scheduling a Zoom meeting, it was clear that the pairing made sense and the two quickly became respected friends and co-teachers.

By March 2024, Jessie and Wyn hosted their first retreat, Dissolving Stress, leaving a lasting impact on both attendees and themselves. It was clear they were onto something powerful together.

In October 2024 and September 2025, they hosted two more retreats, Beyond OK and Unconditional Peace of Mind, bringing their total to three retreats in under two years.

Attendance has grown with each one, with the latest retreat doubling in size, confirming that what they're offering is deeply needed, fulfilling, and resonating with all involved.

And to top it all off, they have the best time!

What are the Principles?

The Principles describe simply yet profoundly how the human experience is created from the inside out for every person regardless of background, story, or circumstance.

When we begin to see how our experience is formed inside, we naturally find more clarity, peace and freedom. Life doesn’t have be managed, fixed, or controlled. Instead, a deeper understanding allows us to live with more ease and wisdom, no matter what’s happening around us.

During the retreat, we explore these Principles in conversation and reflection, creating the space for fresh insight to arise. There’s nothing to memorize or practice - just a gentle, insightful exploration of how the human mind works and how reconnecting with this understanding transforms the way we see ourselves and the world.

What to expect over a weekend

What does the schedule typically look like?

- 9.30am until 5pm on Saturday and 9.30am until 4.30pm on Sunday.

- We have two sessions in the morning and two sessions in the afternoon each day with short breaks in between, as well as a good long lunch break in the middle with lots of lunch options within walking distance of the venue.

What does the weekend entail?

- Physically, it looks like the group sitting in comfy chairs, setup theater-style, with Jessie and Wyn at the head of the group sharing with you.

There will be times of quiet reflection but on the whole, the weekend is what you make of it. If you want to observe and just soak it all in, that's absolutely available to you. If you want to chime in and ask questions or share something that's occurring to you, we invite that too.

Why do you call it a retreat?

- Because it truly feels like a retreat for the mind. Though you will be learning something new, what you'll be learning will feel like something you already know at some level but have never considered in a meaningful way. The process of what you will be waking up to feels more like an unlearning, a relief, not a workshop or mastermind where you are tasked to add more information into your brain. The opposite happens when you give yourself the space to slow down for two days to get out of your head and into the present moment.

Who are the retreats for?
